32 weeks

Well, I've had to go to the doctors a lot lately. I've been having issues with my heart, nothing big, but they still want to keep an eye on it. I had to wear a 24 hour monitor....with that they found out that my pulse would get up to 136, and I have an irregular heartbeat. So now I have to wear a 21 day monitor....I get that tomorrow. I just want to go back to having a great pregnancy!! Between the heart thing and my swelling...I'm ready for this pregnancy to be over!

Barrett is doing great still, so that is the most important thing. He is 3 1/2 pounds and 30cm long....also SO active! The sad thing is, I'm trying to figure out a schedule for him, and it's hard when it seems as though he is awake 24-7!

We get his furniture delivered on Wed....FINALLY! I'm so excited!

Other than that, life is pretty normal. I will post pictures of his nursery once everything is done, which if you know me it will all be done Wed. night!

7 Months and a Baby Shower!

So this weekend was my baby shower!! I had an amazing shower! It was thrown by 4 of my friends, Crystal, Julie, Nicole, and Ann. It was at the Tea Room in Arlington. They really went all out to make this whole experience special for me. We got a lot of things we needed and a lot of things that were just so cute! Thank you everyone!!!

Since the baby shower it has really hit me that he will be here in 2 1/2 months. It is so exciting and scary at the same time. The thing that excites me the most is to see Graham as a Dad. He is going to be such a wonderful Father. He is over protective now and Barrett is safe in my tummy!

I went to the doctor today and Barrett is now 2 1/2 lbs and about 14-15 inches long. I'm not excited about this test I have to take next week....The doctors need to find out if I have diabetes. Hopefully I pass the test, otherwise I have to take it over again, and that one will last 3 hours. I found out today that I've gained 16 pounds, which was scary for me, but the doctor said that I'm doing a great job so far. That made me feel better!

Here are some pictures!

Busy!!!!

We have been so busy for the past few weeks.....

We finally have a name for our son, his name is Barrett Walter Waechter. Graham found his name in his Guns and Ammo magazine. It took me a little while to like it, but I got use to it and now I love the name. We have also ordered his bedding. Below is a picture of it... I fell in love with it!!!
The furniture will be espresso. We will be getting that this weekend.

June 6th my sister n law Emily got married. The wedding was so beautiful. They got married on the beach in Newport, CA. Then she had her reception on 6/20 at Joe Pool Lake. I am very happy for them, they look so happy!!!

While in California Graham and I did a lot of shopping. We bought Barrett's diaper bag.....LOVE IT! It is a black and white Juicy Couture Terry Stroller Bag. Of course Walter bought him a couple of Harley Davidson outfits. Our son is going to be SO spoiled! He is going to be the first grandchild on both sides of our family!
Barrett has been moving a lot! Graham got to feel him for the first time on 6/20. He was so excited about that! He is about a pound now and progressing exactly how he is suppose to. I will post some belly pictures soon.

It's a BOY!!!!

"And there is the third leg" is a phrase I will never forget! That is what the nurse said as she was going over everything. Graham just looked at me and had tears in his eyes. Our baby boy is perfect, everything is functioning the way it is suppose to. Even his profile is perfect. He is 7.5 inches long and weighs 8 oz right now. We cannot wait to meet this little guy! Now we have to start thinking about names. Oh boy, that will be interesting! Below are some pictures of him!
My 5 month belly bump!

We are leaving Wed. morning for Emily's wedding. I've been trying to find cute maternity clothes for it for a while now, and with Ann's help I was finally able to do that! I need a vacation so bad!!!

Other than that, life is pretty normal at the moment.

4 1/2 Month Bump!!!

Here is a picture of the baby now. A lot different than it was at 15 weeks! It is so amazing how much the baby is changing from week to week. This is by far the best thing I have ever gone through!

I've started to crave different kinds of food now. I've been craving anything salty and sour, such as green olives, and soy sauce on almost everything I eat. I don't want anything sweet at all, and I really don't want meat. I will eat it when I have to, but it NEVER sounds good. I use to LOVE a good filet, but now I would rather have a bowl of corn, with salt of course!
We find out the sex of the baby on the 29th. I'm telling you, I CANNOT WAIT! It is driving me crazy not knowing what we're having!

15 week bump!

Well I am excited to say that I finally have a tiny little bump. I had to zoom in or you wouldn't be able to see it.
We had a wonderful time in TN for Jayme's wedding last weekend. We went to this amazing fried chicken place called Uncle Lou's Fried Chicken. We found out about from Philip. He was looking for great places for us to try so he got onto the Food Networks website and saw it. I do have to admit this place was VERY scary. I would have never gone in there by myself. We wanted the chicken dipped in BBQ sauce since that is what made this place famous. The guy looked at Graham and said "Ain't no BBQ here, it's only Sweet Spicy Love." The man was actually very serious. So when we got the chicken it was the BEST chicken we have ever had! I can't even describe to you how amazing it was! I did take a picture of the outside to give you an idea of how scary it was.

The wedding was beautiful. Jayme was a gorgeous bride. She had the reception at the Memphis Zoo. Everything was perfect. Too bad I didn't get a lot of pictures.
